Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour cancellation on any appointment and 48-hour cancellation on any spa package or multiple services or a fee of up to half the price may apply. A missed appointment, including gift certificates, cannot be rescheduled ahead of time for a second appointment.

Reservations & Spa Policies:
When scheduling your appointment, please let us know if you are pregnant, have had any recent injuries, illnesses, or surgeries and any medication you are taking. Any of the above conditions may affect the success of your treatment. If you are in good physical condition and have no disabilities or chronic ailments that might prevent you from receiving treatment then you can expect to obtain good results. If you are extremely toxic and stressed you may have “flu like” symptoms following the body wraps, as well as not seeing inch loss. If your skin is congested and you have frequent breakouts you are likely to have additional breakouts after receiving a face treatment.
Undergarments must be worn during treatments.
There are no refunds on spa services or spa packages.
Groupon Voucher:
If you have a Groupon Voucher, it is your responsibility to make the appointment for your package and keep the appointment. We will not be reminding you of your appointment.
You need to give 48 hours notice if you cannot come in for your appointment or a fee of up to 1/2 of the Groupon price will apply.
Keep in mind you are receiving a Spa Package for a fraction of the regular price. The appointment time you have made has been reserved for you. If you are pregnant or have any other health concerns you are responsible to let us know when booking your appointment. If changes need to be made after you have arrived for your appointment, you will be charged a $50 service charge. If you are pregnant you will not be able to do the Couple's Package or the Body Wrap/Face Package and you may want to gift it to someone else.
Please remember to wear under panties and bra or a swimsuit for your bodywrap. If we need to supply disposable underwear and bra you will be charged $10 for each.
As always, a 20% gratuity will be charged for parties of 3 or more and must be prepaid. We do not take phone calls or appointments on Sunday or Monday so if you must call either of those days please call ONCE and leave ONE message. Clearly state your phone number and your call will be returned on Tuesday through Saturday. Thank you so much.
