Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour cancellation on any appointment and 48-hour cancellation on any spa package or multiple services. A missed appointment, including gift certificates, cannot be rescheduled ahead of time for a second appointment.
No refunds on GIFT CERTIFICATES or Prepaid Services.
No Show, No Call - Voids gift certificate.
